Meal Plan – March 16 – 22

Sunday – Chinese Style Oxtail, Braised Baby Bok Choy, and Sushi Rice

Monday – Crockpot Corned Beef, Cabbage, and Potatoes

Tuesday – Bruschetta Chicken Casserole and Steamed Artichokes with butter and lemon (The kids will be having chicken thighs, macaroni and cheese, and peas.)

Wednesday – Spaghetti and Meatballs in a Marinara Sauce

Thursday – leftovers (hubby won’t be home, so it’s just me and the twins)

Friday – Seafood cakes and Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Cauliflower

Saturday – Breakfast for Dinner! – Fried quail eggs, peppered bacon, AEbleskiver with Cardamom, and buttered toast
